Essex based law firm are looking for an experienced office manager for a permanent, full time role due to retirement. Role will involve:
” The implementation of office procedures and policies as decided by the partners
” Preparing annual applications for
o PI renewal
o CQS accreditation
o Practising Certificates etc.
” Some costing of files
” Initial complaint handling
” Social media
” Dealing with other matters as they arise including purchases, repairs etc.
In addition some legal cashier experience would be useful so that the office manager can cover for the legal cashier during annual leave etc.
