A medium sized Manchester Law firm is looking for an experienced employment solicitor to come in at partner level at their Central Manchester office. The role will include managing an existing paralegal and providing outsource HR services to a network of commercial clients. Taking over responsibility for the firm’s class action claim work and helping to drive their digital offering and client portal to the next stage. Pitching for new clients and networking, the successful candidate will eventually transfer attention externally, building their team to serve the firm’s national strategy and expanding the employment team product portfolio. A minimum of 5 years’ PQE in emploment law work is essential, The role will be full-time, permanent with a competitive renumeration package including a basic salary of up to 75k with On-Target Earnings up to 130k, private health insurance, private pension and potential for future equity options.
