Corporate/Private Equity Locum – ad hoc ongoing – remote working

A law firm in Central London are looking for a corporate/private equity locum to join their team as a consultant on a part-time basis. This is to help out with start-up funding rounds, particularly the compliance aspect of them. The firm will consider someone who can handle the whole of the funding round from start to finish or just the regulatory/compliance parts. If the latter, then the work will be much more ad hoc. This is a remote working role.
