A large firm of licensed conveyancers have an opening for a conveyancing manager to oversee their new Cardiff offices. This is a national firm with offices in the Midlands. They are opening new offices in an easily accessible part of Cardiff. This role is to manage a conveyancing team, authorise bank payments for the team, provide technical support to Fee Earners when required on complicated files or to manage capacity levels, provide technical and practical training within the team as required, manage compliance with all regulatory, internal and external SLAs & requirements, conduct regular audits of caseloads of Fee Earners and deal with client complaints. The firm seeks someone who is able to manage other people, has a minimum of 5 years conveyancing experience and is therefore able to provide technical support to Fee Earners when required on complicated files or to manage capacity levels and manage compliance with all regulatory, internal and external requirements. Your conveyancing experience ideally needs to include Freehold, Registered Sale, Purchase, Re-mortgage transactions including Leasehold, transfer of equity and transfers subject to existing mortgages. Salary levels to 65k plus package. Good opportunity for an experienced conveyancer looking to progress their career.
